Vinpoints-Lotusmiles mile conversion multiplies benefits

Since December 2017, Vietnam Airlines and Vingroup have started cooperation in a program that allows the conversion of points earned from using VinID card to Lotusmiles miles and vice versa as per the following rates:

  • From Lotusmiles miles to Vinpoints: 20 miles = 1 Vinpoint, a minimum conversion is 10,000 miles/transaction and maximum is 100,000 miles per year (*).
  • From Vinpoints to Lotusmiles miles: 1 Vinpoint = 2 miles

The cooperation brings benefits and a new trend in consumerism to their clients. By exchanging Vinpoints for Lotusmiles miles, VinID customers can redeem miles for free tickets, upgrade award ticket and get excess luggage awards, or enjoy attractive benefits from Lotusmiles’ non-airline partners. On the other hand, Lotusmiles members can convert their miles to Vinpoints to enjoy shopping with great discounts at Vingroup network facilities such as Vinmart, Vinmart +, Vinmec, Vinschool etc.

Customers can convert Vinpoints to Lotusmiles miles at VinID website, and vice versa at Vietnam Airlines website.

(*)Apply for VinID physical card only. Members using virtual cards need to send a scanned copy of their identity papers (ID card/passport) to cskh@vinid.net for verification before using Vinpoints.
