Claim for missing miles now available on website and mobile apps

What should you do if you forget to show your Lotusmiles membership card during flight check-in, or if you think some miles have yet to be credited in your account?

Instead of having to go to Vietnam Airlines branch offices with required documents to fix your mile records, Lotusmiles members can claim missing miles online for Vietnam Airlines or Jetstar Pacific Airlines’ flights at www.vietnamairlines.com, or use Vietnam Airlines apps with just a few simple steps. Please make sure that your flight has been taken within 12 months before the date your claim is lodged.

Note: Members can claim for missing miles 5 days after the departure date.
