Several Lotusmiles partners, who are also premium members of Vietnam Airlines’ frequent flyer program, have been invited in September to have first-hand experience of some of the airline’s services.
On September 13-16, the guests were invited to visit the Vietnam Air Catering Services Company, the Flight Training Center in Ho Chi Minh City as well as to experience the Business Class check-in service and the Lotus Lounge. Along with the enjoyable experience, the members were offered full-service luxury cruise to check on coral reefs, experience sea walk and join a Gala dinner in Nha Trang city.
The guests were very excited while listening to the cooks’ introduction of their hard work on creating new recipes for passengers, and the full process to prepare the food while complying with sanitary regulations. They were also invited to visit the modern models of flight simulator (SIM), which Vietnam Airlines has invested for pilot training.
The guests expressed their admiration of Vietnam Airlines’ 4-star services and congratulated it for the success in improving services. Their tight hand-shaking promises to strengthen the cooperation between Lotusmiles and partners to provide the best service to Lotusmiles members.
