Vietnam Airlines passengers will no longer have to rush or worry about checking-in loads of their luggage at the airport. From now on they can instead enjoy a pre-flight time to shop, sip a coffee with friends, or have a good meal.
In order to bring convenience to customers, Vietnam Airlines has launched a new service involving in-town check-in, allowing checking-in procedures for passenger and luggage outside the airport. Accordingly, passengers can complete check-in procedures for their flights, including seat selection, luggage drop, receiving the boarding pass and luggage tag right in the city center. Their luggage will be transported to the airport.

Service scope:
1. In-Town Check-in service is available for passengers on domestic flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, departing from Hanoi/Da Nang airport.
2. Only available for flights of the same day and within at least 2 hours prior to the departure time.
3. Passengers in need of special assistance, such as children traveling alone, passengers who have purchased cabin seats for baggage, are on a stretcher or wheelchair etc. please go to the airport to complete the check-in.
