• Always keep your account details confidential;
• Avoid password exposure;
• Change your password periodically.
Apart from your personal password, you also need One Time Password (OTP). This is an account verification function offered by Lotusmiles to enhance security for member accounts. Whenever the member’s mobile phone number or email address is changed, an OTP is sent to his registered mobile phone or email for verification.
If you notice your password being compromised or any unusual signs with account activity, please immediately notify Lotusmiles for timely support.
