National carrier Vietnam Airlines always strives to maintain cultural elements along with its recognized 4-star service quality. The airline’s efforts in coordination with Global Food Ambassador Luke Nguyen to expand Vietnamese cuisine to the world have been confirmed by many important prizes, including the title ‘World’s Leading Cultural Airline’ awarded by the WTA in 2018, the third year in a row.
The ambassador has been creating an “innovation” in aviation cuisine with Vietnam Airlines via the adjustment of 50 menus on various air routes as well as the launch of “Pho May” (Pho on Clouds) restaurant, helping expand Vietnamese food all over the world.
Each dish is a cultural story told by the way of service, or the freshness and high quality of food, contributing to making known a proud national experience at 10,000 metres high, and also represents the first cultural touch for foreign visitors flying to Vietnam.
