Vietnam Airlines has launched the Million Miler Program in March 2019, dedicated to the elite members of Lotusmiles Program. Million Milers recognized by the airline will receive a welcome letter and a five-year Platinum membership card – the premium tier of Lotusmiles Program, containing the following attractive privileges:
• “Meet&Greet” service – Access to special assistance from Vietnam Airlines’ staff at check-in counters, immigration, security checks, Lotus lounges, boarding and enjoying in-flight services etc. on international flights leaving Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City;
• Entitlement to SkyPriority services of Vietnam Airlines and other member carriers in SkyTeam, and recognition as a SkyTeam Elite Plus member;
• Priority baggage tag and 25 kg extra of free baggage allowance;
• Complimentary access to Business lounge along with another passenger traveling on the same flight;
• Redeemable bonuses for relatives;
• A birthday gift of 2,000 bonus miles, plus 100 percent mileage bonus on each flight;
• Entitlement to a wide range of exciting incentives from Lotusmiles partners in tourism, hospitality, banking and others.
To join the program, Million Milers shall have at least 1 million qualifying miles accumulated from taking VN-coded flights operated by Vietnam Airlines since they joined Lotusmiles. The members are also verified by Vietnam Airlines based on other actual conditions.
The Million Miler Program is designed to honor premium members, who have made notable contributions to Lotusmiles Program. It is also aimed at demonstrating Vietnam Airlines’ strides in service upgrade and efforts to win customers’ trust.
