Vietnam Airlines Adds Airport Navigation Tool

Vietnam Airlines has incorporated InMapz, No.1 indoor maps app, in its mobile app and website to help ease passengers’ airport navigation, making it the first airline in Asia to offer digitalized airport layouts, while the number of such maps is the world’s biggest among airlines.

Following the upgrade, passengers can now access 67 airport layouts, including 9 domestic and 58 foreign airports, making it easier to find the way to check-in counters, baggage drops, departure gates, restaurants, parking etc. 

Passengers can use the maps by downloading the free Vietnam Airlines app, available for iOS and Android, or accessing the airline’s website. The airport maps give travelers the confidence to quickly navigate through airports despite the unfamiliar environment, and therefore making the travel experience more relaxing.
