In order to improve the service quality and catch up with the trend of digital technology application, Vietnam Airlines has officially offered a new mobile app version since February 5, 2019 to provide passengers with all-round support for a convenient and complete flying experience.
The Vietnam Airlines app facilitates quick flight search and easy ticket booking, while enabling checks for convenient itineraries and self-service check-in. The app can be used for a boarding pass while allowing purchase of more gadgets for flights at any time. In addition, the notification feature allows passengers to closely track flights without having to worry about missing itinerary updates.
The latest deals involving special fares, hotel and flight packages as well as VNA Holidays are also updated regularly on the app’s home page.
Using the app, Lotusmiles members can search and update their account, receive award tickets online and track reward history. The app will also enable the submission of request for miles, convenient purchase or transfer of miles.
Vietnam Airlines app will be updated, renewed and continuously improved. Members can download the app to their personal mobile device via the App Store and Google Play.
