Lotusmiles Program would like to inform that, as of July 1, 2019, the Fast Track at Bangkok Airport is reserved only for special passengers including diplomats, disabled people, monks as well as the passengers flying the First Class and the Business Class, in line with new regulations stipulated by the Bangkok Airport authority.
Therefore, Lotusmiles members can use Fast Track if they buy ticket and fly Vietnam Airlines’ Business Class only.
Please note the policy change to avoid any inconvenience at Bangkok Airport.
