Vietnam Airlines Taps Da Nang-Busan Airlink
Vietnam Airlines has inaugurated its direct air service connecting Busan, South Korea’s second-largest city, with Da Nang, one of Vietnam’s most-sought destinations among the people of kim-chi homeland on July 21, 2019.
The new route is Vietnam Airlines’ third that connects Vietnam with the city of Busan, after those between Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh and Busan. The service uses Airbus A321 planes, with the flight time of around four hours, departing from Da Nang International Airport/ Gimhae International Airport at 00:20/ 07:30 on Tuesdays, and 00:50/ 08:00 (all local time) on Saturdays.
The Da Nang-Busan route provides enhanced convenience for South Korean passengers to explore famous tourist spots such as Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue, from where they could extend their visit to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and return to Busan on Vietnam Airlines’ flights with daily departures from the two cities.
