In addition to earning miles from Vietnam Airlines, you also have the opportunity to earn qualifying miles and bonus miles when flying with the following SkyTeam member airlines:
Taking more flights with Vietnam Airlines and SkyTeam member airlines gives you more chance to get your Lotusmiles membership tier upgrade and earn miles for valuable rewards. In order to ensure the miles are fully credited into your account, please don’t forget to provide your Lotusmiles card number each time of ticket booking or flight check-in.
Claim missing miles
In case 14 days after flying with Vietnam Airlines or any of the SkyTeam member airlines, you still do not see the mileage credited in your account, please proceed to claim the missing miles. The time limit for the claim is as follows:
– Flights with Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific: Within 12 months.
– Fly with partners’ airlines:
Air France (AF), Kenya Airways (KQ), Royal Dutch Airlines (KL): Within six months
Other airlines: Within 12 months.
As you claim the missing miles, please send via email a copy of the flight ticket and the boarding pass to:
– Platinum, Gold members: vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com
– Titanium, Silver, Registered member: lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com
