Titanium members can redeem rewards for their family and friends. This is Lotusmiles’ new policy taking effect from December 1, 2019, aimed at stimulating members to use up their bonus miles and thus bolster their bond with Vietnam Airlines.
The policy ensures the members can spend their miles for personal purposes, making bonus miles a meaningful gift.
Accordingly, Titanium members can redeem the following rewards:
• Award tickets for themselves and their relatives;
• Award tickets for tier upgrade for themselves and relatives;
• Excess baggage allowance for themselves and relatives;
• Member’s awards with partners such as MobiFone, AccorPlus.
Note: A Titanium member can assign a maximum of 5 persons for the Nominee List. The list can not be deleted; is subject to member expansion if containing less than five people; name changing for one person is free of charge within one calendar year (January 1 to December 31).
