Vietnam Airlines has for the first time designated check-in counters and boarding gates exclusively for passengers flying between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, giving its service the uniqueness and bring convenience to travelers.
From January 1st, 2020, exclusive check-in counters and boarding gates will be extended to passengers traveling between the cities. Should there be any seats available passengers can also be invited to catch any flight leaving within 90 minutes prior to the departure time indicated on their tickets. The new policy will help ease passengers’ journey, provide flexibility and save time on the busiest domestic route.
At Hanoi’s Noi Bai airport, passengers flying to Ho Chi Minh City are exclusively served at B1, B2 and B3 check-in counters. Likewise, at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat Airport, B5, B6, and B7 check-in counters are reserved for those traveling to Hanoi. In addition, these check-in counters are located near security checkpoints so as to save walking time. Passengers can also save more time by using online check-in via Vietnam Airlines’ app, website or at airport check-in kiosks.
Moreover, the boarding gates for flights between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are assigned in one zone, making it more convenient for passengers. These unprecedented changes introduced by Vietnam Airlines will make its service unique and convenient for passengers, particularly for businessmen and frequent flyers between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
