Lotusmiles Membership and Reward Mile Extension

Extension for Platinum, Gold and Titanium cards, which are due to be downgraded between March 1 and June 30, 2020:
• A 12-month extension from the downgrade date is given to the members who fall short of one or two qualifying flights, or less than 1 to 1,000 qualifying miles in order to maintain their membership tier for the next qualifying period.
• A six-month extension from the downgrade date for the remaining cases.

Note: Apply only to the members who have at least one qualifying mile transaction in the latest qualifying period.

Extension of expiring reward miles: Reward miles due to expire in the period from March 1 to June 30, 2020 will have the validity extended to September 30, 2020.
