In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lotusmiles Program would like to advise the following policy on its card distribution to the members in this period:
• The program suspends the distribution of Platinum, Gold and Titanium cards to members who have mailing address outside Vietnam as of April 1, 2020 until further notice.
• The program suspends the distribution of Silver card to all members between April 1 and December 31, 2020.
Members are kindly requested to download the Vietnam Airlines app and present a photo of the card at check-ins to accumulate miles and enjoy privileges.
The card distribution to members who have mailing address in Vietnam remains unchanged.
