In order to prevent the COVID-19 spread and further strengthen measures to limit the risk of infection, Vietnam Airlines has announced to suspend the Lotus Lounge/Business Lounge services as of 3:00 p.m. on March 30, 2020 at all airports in Vietnam.
The policy applies to all Business Class passengers, Lotusmiles members and other guests with eligible access to the Business Lounge.
The move is the latest among Vietnam Airlines’ efforts to prevent the pandemic, ensuring health and safety for passengers and employees.
Vietnam Airlines will resume the Lotus/Business lounge services once the pandemic is under control.
