In order to support customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, Agoda has introduced a booking incentive entitled “Agoda EasyCancel”. The feature allows customers to cancel their booking 24 hours before arrival without having to pay any fees. The cancellation condition is displayed right on each booking for customer’s easy notice.
So, in addition to the incentive of accumulating award miles when booking rooms with Agoda, Lotusmiles members also have flexibility with this fee waiver.
This policy applies to all bookings made from now to August 31, 2020.
