Lotusmiles Program has entered a partnership with Grab* to bring more benefits to members. As part of the deal, Lotusmiles members using Grab ride hailing app can exchange GrabRewards points for Lotusmiles miles.
The miles can be redeemed for Vietnam Airlines valuable awards such as free tickets, free excess baggage, access to Lotus lounge etc.
In order to make it easier for members to redeem rewards, the conversion rate of Grab points to Lotusmiles miles has been reduced as follows:
