Lotusmiles Card Distribution Policy Update

The Lotusmiles Program would like to advise the following policy on its card distribution to members in this period: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact, the distribution of Silver card to members has been suspended since April 1, 2020 until further notice. The distribution of Platinum, Gold and Titanium cards remains unchanged.

Members are kindly requested to download Vietnam Airlines app and present a photo of the card at check-ins to accumulate miles and enjoy privileges.
