Lotusmiles Program has been upgrading its regular customer management system in the 3rd week of April 2021 to add outstanding features as it seeks to constantly improve service quality towards a five-star airline and also stay in tune with the digital technology trend.
The new system will have high security, be user-friendly and capable of supporting the development of new products, of which the following three are expected to be launched after the upgrade:

Family Account: Family members can pool miles together to redeem awards; |

Extension of expiring bonus miles (fees applied); |
 |
Restoration of expired bonus miles (fees applied). |
Please kindly be advised and make mile transactions, such as claiming awards or missing miles, mile purchase and transfer etc. before the above period to avoid any disruption to your own plan.
