Vietnam Airlines’ Lotusmiles Program has successfully upgraded the frequent flyer management system as part of the carrier’s roadmap to turn itself into a digital airline with 5-star service quality.
The new technology with many breakthrough applications will increase utilities, enhance security and bring the best experience to passengers when flying Vietnam Airlines.
The following new products with many benefits are to be launched:
– The Family Account that allows family members including father, mother, wife, husband and children to pool miles together to get rewards for the whole family.
– Members can extend the bonus miles that are about to expire within six months with a fee.
– Members can restore bonus miles that have expired within six months with a fee.
– The Family Account that allows family members including father, mother, wife, husband and children to pool miles together to get rewards for the whole family.
– Members can extend the bonus miles that are about to expire within six months with a fee.
– Members can restore bonus miles that have expired within six months with a fee.
In addition, members will have access to many other preeminent features such as user-friendliness. Accessing member’s account is made possible by using either the membership card number, email or cell phone number. Besides, the account password will need to be changed at least once a year to ensure security.
