Lotusmiles Account Access
Friendlier, More Secure

Lotusmiles members now have more and simpler ways to access their account, apart from using the card number.

Please choose any of the following three options:

Option 1: Lotusmiles card number + password, or

Option 2: Pre-registered email + password, or

Option 3: Pre-registered mobile phone number + password.

Note: Please add the country code + phone number if the phone number is to be used.

For example: The mobile phone number is +84 98 955 1100, in which +84 is the country code, 98 955 1100 is the mobile number. For logging in, please enter: 84989551100 + your Lotusmiles account password.

In order to enhance the account security, please change the password in line with the following rules:

 • New password should have at least eight characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character.

 • Password needs to be changed once a year. The new password should not match the last three.
