Have your bonus miles expired? No worries. With the newly upgraded member service system, Lotusmiles members can revalidate the bonus miles that have expired within six months.
Miles are to be reinstated based on package, each consisting of 500 miles. Each reinstatement involves one package at the following cost:
• VND 118,000 per 500-mile package (within Vietnam), or
• USD 5 per 500-mile package (outside Vietnam).
The new validity of the reinstated bonus miles is six months from the date of successful transaction and rounded to the last day of the sixth month.
The reinstated miles are not valid for tier qualifying and non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Reinstate Expired Bonus Miles
Option 1: Log in to your Lotusmiles account in Vietnam Airlines app, or www.vietnamairlines.com; select “Reinstate Miles” and the mile package to reinstate.
Option 2: Perform at Vietnam Airlines branches
– Fill in the Mileage Reinstatement Request.
– Submit the request and pay for the mile reinstatement at the branch.
