Alitalia (AZ), Italy’s national carrier, has announced that it will cease all operations from October 15, 2021. Therefore, the mile accrual and reward redemption by Lotusmiles members at AZ will be terminated after October 14, 2021.
For Lotusmiles members who have redeemed AZ award tickets for flights after October 14 please take note to make the following arrangements:
• For a full AZ journey: Please rebook to fly before October 15, 2021.
• For a journey on AZ and other carriers: Please rebook the segment on other carriers if available.
• Refund the ticket/segment and re-credit the miles earlier deducted for that segment.
