More Benefits after Lotusmiles-MobiFone Linked Program Registration

Lotusmiles, Vietnam Airlines’ frequent flyer program, and MobiFone have launched the Linked Program, a partnership scheme aimed at bringing more incentives to their members.

Under this cooperation, Lotusmiles members who have also joined MobiFone’s Loyalty Program and register for the Linked Program will enjoy the following incentives.

	• Special upgrade to MobiFone Loyalty Gold tier  • Special upgrade to MobiFone Loyalty Diamond tier if the member has accumulated 22,000 MobiFone qualifying points (2,000 qualifying points below the existing rule)
	Special upgrade to MobiFone Loyalty Gold tier if the member has accumulated 16,000 Mobifone qualifying points (2,000 qualifying points below the existing rule)

Conversion of Loyalty points into Lotusmiles miles:

 • 5 Loyalty points = 1 Lotusmiles bonus mile

 • Ways to transfer MobiFone points to Lotusmiles account:

–  Automatic monthly transfer: Lotusmiles members need to register for this transaction immediately after signing up for the Linked Program.

– Transfer at demand: Lotusmiles members should send to 9237 a text message using the syntax ‘CD_Lotusmiles card number_X’ (where X is the quantity of points to be transferred; “_” stands for a space). The transfer volume is 10,000 points at a minimum and it must be in multiples of 10.

How to register for Linked Program membership:

 • Register at MobiFone stores: Present Lotusmiles card, ID card and MobiFone subscriber number; or

 • Email a scanned copy of the Lotusmiles card, the ID card and subscriber’s details to: kndl@mobifone.vn.

Note: The name on the Lotusmiles card and the subscriber’s name must be the same.
