Aiming at a better service and bringing to passengers truly prioritized experience, Vietnam Airlines would like to invite passengers to join the airline in “monitoring” and evaluating the quality of SkyPriority priority services at airports.
SkyPriority priority service is now available at more than 970 airports around the world. SkyTeam Elite Plus members, First and Business Class passengers when flying with SkyTeam member airlines are entitled to the service, including priority check-in and boarding, access to Business Lounge, at counters for connecting flights, luggage priority tags…
In order to participate in monitoring and evaluation, passengers need to download the SkyPriority Panel app from App Store or Google Play to their phone, select the airport and service they have experienced and give an assessment of the service quality. In addition, suggestions, feedbacks or images of the service experience will be highly appreciated by experts to improve the service.
