Lotusmiles members should be no strangers to all the text messages on mileage credit after each flight.
In order to have reached this step, Lotusmiles Program had embarked on a renovation journey to shorten the mile crediting time to just 120 minutes after a flight from 5 days, and that’s no small feat. This is one of the Program’s efforts to improve the quality of member services.
Members are advised to enter the Lotusmiles card number when buying a ticket and checking in for a flight. The card number inserted during seat reservation and air ticket purchase will ensure that miles will be automatically credited to the member’s account.
In case of missing the step, please file a mile claim and the Program will try to deal with it as soon as possible, given that all the previous complaints have been handled.
Should members not receive a message advising the mile credit, please contact Lotusmiles Program and update the personal phone number.
