Conditions:
• The gift card is valid for 1 year. Members can activate and upgrade the card within 6 months from the time of the lucky number purchase;
• The bonus miles are valid in line with Lotusmiles regulations;
• Bonus miles are credited in the member’s account within 5 working days from the date the member picks the incentive (In case of buying a lucky number with more than one incentive).

Please, advise the new card number when making a reservation, checking in for a flight or using the services supplied by a Lotusmiles partner. If the member’s existing Lotusmiles card is linked to a bank’s co-branded card that allows mile earning from spending, please advise the card issuing bank of the new number.
The request to buy the membership card with a lucky number will be executed within 1-3 days from the date of successful payment after the member selects the incentive in case of more than 1 incentive.
