Incentives for Family Account Members

Join a Family Account to fly together, explore new destinations and enjoy incentives with Vietnam Airlines!

Lotusmiles members who register for a new Family Account or join for the first time will immediately receive 1,000 bonus miles.

The incentive is extended to the members whose Family Account registration takes place between March 1 and May 27, 2023.

Moreover, Family Account members who redeem award tickets at the website www.vietnamairlines.com or at branch offices on LotusDays (the 10th and 20th dates of each month) will get a bonus mile discount of up to 20 percent when members (including the Family head) redeem award tickets for themselves and the Family head redeems award tickets for Family Account members.

The incentive applies to Vietnam Airlines flights, except those on the Vietnam-U.S. route.
