Members are kindly reminded to advise the new card number at each reservation, check-in for a flight or when using the services supplied by a Lotusmiles partner. If the member’s existing Lotusmiles card is linked to a bank’s co-branded card for earning miles from spending, please advise the card issuing bank of the new number.
The request to buy the membership card with a lucky number will be executed within 1-3 days from the date of successful payment after the member selects the incentive in case there are more than one incentive.
