Changes in Membership Tier Qualification Requirements
A 10% discount on qualifying segments is offered to renew or upgrade your Platinum, Gold and Titanium cards. The Membership Tier Qualification Requirements based on qualifying miles remains unchanged.

Changes in Accrual Rate for Qualifying Segments on Vietnam Airlines flights
When flying on VN-coded flights (operated by Vietnam Airlines, Vasco, Pacific Airlines and Cambodia Angkor Air), Lotusmiles members will receive Qualifying Segments based on (1) type of trip (domestic or international), (2) flight distance and (3) fare type. Economy Flexible fares have a higher Qualifying Segments Accrual Rate than Economy Classic or Economy Lite fares.

Changes in Accrual Rate for Qualifying Segments on SkyTeam flights
From January 20, 2024, Lotusmiles members traveling Economy Class on SkyTeam flights will have their qualifying segments added with an Accrual Rate of 0.5 instead of 1 as before. The Accrual Rates for First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy tickets remain unchanged.
