Lotusmiles Program has suspended the baggage reward of 10 kg per piece on Vietnam’s domestic flights since March 1, 2024 until further notice.
Lotusmiles members can use miles to redeem baggage rewards with 23 kg per piece on domestic and international flights.
Members are eligible for a maximum of 2 pieces, weighing 23 kg each, per reward claim.
