The Lotusmiles Program would like to announce: From April 1, 2024, the regulation on seat confirmation for purchased tickets for Million Milers, Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members on domestic flights will be changed as follows:

Seats on domestic flights between Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City are guaranteed for Flexible Economy tickets with booking classes Y and B instead of Y, B and M as stipulated before April 1, 2024. |
Members are kindly requested to send seat confirmation requests at least 12 hours before the flight departure time for Million Milers, 24 hours for Platinum members, 48 hours for Gold members and 72 hours for Titanium members to:
