Lotusmiles Expands Award Ticket Issuing Channel

Lotusmiles Program has introduced a new option for claiming award tickets in August 2024 in order to improve convenience for members. In addition to redeeming tickets online at the website, Vietnam Airlines app or at ticket offices, members now have another alternative.

Lotusmiles members can request tickets by contacting the Call Center hotline at 19001800, or by emailing vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Million Milers, Platinum and Gold card members), or lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com (for Titanium, Silver and Registration card members).

After being informed of the applicable taxes and fees by the hotline staff, members can complete the payment transfer, and the award tickets will be delivered via email.
