Starting from July 1, 2025, the conditions for upgrading Lotusmiles membership tiers for holders of the Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express Credit Card (Lotusmiles Amex Card) will be revised as follows:

For Green and Gold Lotusmiles Amex Cards |
The primary cardholder will be upgraded to Lotusmiles Silver tier of the Lotusmiles program for the entire validity of the Lotusmiles Amex Card.
