How to exchange ALL Reward points and Lotusmiles miles: |
| Step 1: |
Log in to your Accor account at https://ALL.accor.com, go to “Our partner” -> “Use my points” and select “Vietnam Airlines – Lotusmiles”.

Choose to convert ALL Reward points to miles.

| Step 3: |
Conduct the conversion. Your Lotusmiles account will be automatic linked to your ALL Accor Account after the first successful conversion.
