Terms & Conditions

• • Eligible direct spending refers to transactions made outside Vietnam, in foreign currencies, directly at physical merchants, and not within excluded spending categories as stipulated in the Program Terms and Conditions.
    
  • Applicable cards: All valid Visa cards issued in Vietnam, with BINs included in the eligible BIN list specified in the Program Terms and Conditions.
    
  • The program may end earlier once the mileage cap is reached.
    
  • Members will continue to earn miles in accordance with the existing mileage accrual policy of their respective cards.

How To Link Your Card

Step 1	Access website: www.vietnamairlines.com	Or Lotusmiles Mobile App
Step 2	In the left-hand menu, select Lotusmiles → Earn Miles → Spend and Earn	Select “Spend & Earn” on the home screen
Step 3	Click Join the Program or Log in and sign in to your Lotusmiles account. If you are not yet a member, click Sign up and complete the required information.
Step 4	Click Program Details → Link Now → Confirm
Step 5	Enter the 16-digit eligible card number, expiry date, and CVV
