Adjustment of mileage redemption rates |

Applicable to award tickets newly issued and exchanged from 01 June 2026 |

Award Ticket Redemption Chart
Mileage redemption rates for Business Class and Premium Economy Class award tickets will be adjusted on routes between Vietnam and Australia, China, Hong Kong, Russia, Taiwan, the United States. Please click HERE for details.

Upgrade Award Redemption Chart
Mileage redemption rates for upgrade awards from selected Economy Class fare types to Business Class and Premium Economy Class will be adjusted on routes between Vietnam and Australia, China, Europe, Hong Kong, Russia, Taiwan, the United States.
The mileage required for upgrade awards now includes all applicable taxes and surcharges (excluding ticketing service fees at ticket offices). Therefore, members are no longer required to make additional cash payments as previously applied.

| From 01 July 2026, members may qualify for tier renewal or upgrade to Platinum, Gold, or Titanium status by meeting either one of the following independent criteria: qualifying miles or qualifying segments. |
