- Million Miler members: Complimentary standard seat selection across all fare families.
- Platinum/Gold/Titanium members: Complimentary standard seat selection for Flexible Economy and Standard Economy fares.
- For Economy Lite and Super Lite fares: members are entitled to seat selection discounts of 50% / 30% / 20% respectively based on membership tier.
To enjoy these benefits, please ensure your membership number is added when booking tickets via the website, Vietnam Airlines mobile app, or request assistance from ticket offices and agents.
Seat selection is available through the following channels:
- Website www.vietnamairlines.com or the Vietnam Airlines mobile app: Log in to your membership account to select seats according to your eligible benefits.
- Ticket offices and official agents: Staff will assist with updating membership information and selecting suitable seats.
In addition to membership benefits and fare conditions, members may also purchase seats in advance starting from VND 40,000 per seat on domestic flights and from USD 5 per seat (approximately VND 119,000) on international flights.
Please note: From 24 hours prior to departure, passengers may complete online check-in and select from the remaining available seats displayed in the system.
To enjoy a wider range of preferred seating options, members are encouraged to select seats as early as possible after ticket purchase.
