Complete the exchange in 3 simple steps on your voucher or the GOT IT app.
- Click on the Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles logo on the voucher or GOT IT app.
- Enter your membership number and select “Redeem Now”, then click “Confirm”.
- Award miles will be credited to your Lotusmiles account.
