Earn VinID Points, Convert to Lotusmiles Miles

Vietnam Airlines has entered a partnership with Vingroup to create benefits and bring a new trend in consumerism to Lotusmiles members.
Lotusmiles members can enjoy services rendered by outlets in Vingroup network, such as Vinmart, Vinmart +, Vinmec, Vinschool, Vinpearl, Vinfast etc. and easily earn VinID points.
Lotusmiles members can make conversions between bonus miles and VinID points at the following rates:
     • 1 VinID point = 3 miles
     • 20 miles = 1 VinID point

The minimum redemption is 5,000 miles/time and the maximum is 100,000 miles per year.
Bonus miles can be redeemed for many valuable gifts such as free flight tickets, extra baggage or shopping at LotusMalls.
Instructions on converting miles and VinID points:

* From Lotusmiles miles to VinID points

Vietnam Airlines app:
– Open the app; Go to the Awards section and select VinID Award. Please verify VinID account and follow instructions on the screen.

Vietnam Airlines website: 
– Login to Lotusmiles account; Select Redeem Miles, then Redeem For VinID; Please verify VinID account and follow instructions on the screen.

* From VinID points to miles (VinID app):
– Open VinID account; Select “Voucher”, then “Convert points to miles”.
  Select the Lotusmiles miles as desired and press “Redeem now” button.
– Press the “Confirm” button after checking the points and miles
– Enter details of the mile recipient, including “Name, Lotusmiles card
  number”
– Press the button “Confirm” to finish the transaction.

Notes:
– The transaction of exchanging Lotusmiles miles to VinID points and vice versa can only be done online.
– Members can only convert Lotusmiles miles or VinID points at their own account.
– The transaction of mile-to-point conversion is applicable only to the members holding a physical VinID card.
