Refund to Travel Voucher – Simple and Fast Conversion

Vietnam Airlines has begun offering a feature on its website allowing the conversion of ticket refund into a travel voucher, applicable to the tickets bought online in the Vietnamese market for domestic journeys as part of measures to support passengers.

With such a voucher, the value of which is equivalent to that of the purchased ticket, passengers can buy air tickets, checked baggage and other additional services for future trips.

Please follow these simple steps to refund tickets on Vietnam Airlines website:

1		Access www.vietnamairlines.com;
2		Select “Manage Booking”; in Refund choose “Auto Refund to Travel Voucher”;
3		Enter the following details: Reservation Code, Last Name and Email Address, then press Continue;
4		Enter the passenger’s name and Refund reason, then press Refund;
5		The voucher will be emailed to your address.

Voucher is valid for one year from the date of refund.
