for Award Tickets

Program 1: Discounts of 25% on Award Ticket Redemptions

A discount of 25% is offer on the required miles when members redeem award tickets between November 11-25, 2024 and December 12-25, 2024 for off-peak flights taken between November 11, 2024 and June 30, 2025.

• • This offer applies to award tickets issued and exchanged within the promotional redemption period. In case of ticket exchange: Both old and new tickets must be issued between November 11-25, 2024 and December 12-25, 2024. 
  • Members can redeem award tickets during the peak and off-peak periods other than this incentive period (if any) at the normal bonus mile rate. The normal mileage redemption table can be found here. You can refer to the peak season for international flights, domestic flights and the award redemption instruction here.
  • In case after claiming the reward, should the member need to change the flight at a time outside the incentive period, the normal mileage rate will be applied to calculate the difference in additional miles.

Program 2: 30% on Miles for Purchasing Tickets using Cash & Miles

Lotusmiles members can get a 30% discount on miles used to purchase tickets combining Cash & Miles on Vietnam Airlines flights (VN-coded flights and operated by VN) between now and December 31, 2024.

• • Economy class tickets: discount of 30%;
  • Business and Premium Economy class tickets: discount of 25%;
  • Flights between Vietnam and Japan: discount of 30%.
